Back home, stock up your fridge and prepare everyone's favorite dishes in the well-equipped, full kitchen. Dine at the attached breakfast bar, the nearby dining table, or gathered at the picnic table in your furnished, three-season sunroom where you'll also find a comfortable sofa bed. After meals or exciting days out, settle into your living area and stream all your favorite TV channels using your own accounts. (There is no Cable TV and the fireplace is not operational.)
A storage shed outdoors offers a space to stow gear as well as a variety of items that guests are welcome to use during their stay.

Things to Know
- Mallard Lakes charges a $150 amenity fee for parking and pool, from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Guests must go to the Mallard Lakes office to pay for it. Every other week during the year, the amenity fee is $100 per week.
- Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available. You must be 25 years or older to rent this property.

Great community everyone was very welcoming. The beds were super comfy. Great location to access all the beaches!
The property was comfortable and was equipped with the basics to get you started. If you are going to be cooking in the unit be advised the options are few and there are no kitchen knives but we were able to make due.
Close to beach and many Fenwick/North OC amenities and attractions. We fished and crabbed off the small dock out back. The sunroom with picnic table made a great station for poles, nets and bait.
Loved the location and view of the lake. The proximity to Ocean City was amazing and a very welcoming community. Will be staying here in the future!
We have rented this house several times and will continue to rent it in the future.
I have used Vacasa many times, and this was our second stay at this location. I highly recommend using Vacasa, and this rental is perfect for a weekend getaway.
