This house provided enough room for us to spread out. We were able to easily catch the trolley to the beach/downtown area or walk (great way to get in your steps for the day!). The house was comfortable and everything we needed was there. Great to have parking under the house and out of the sun as it was super hot when we were there. Great vacation. Thank you

The location, the property, and the amenities were amazing. This house is a gem for any family looking for a beach getaway. It's tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. If you're looking for a rental where the kids can play outside, this is the place. The streets are not busy. The distance from the beach is not an issue. The Bethany Beach trolley has a stop a few blocks away. For my family, I typically like to get to the beach before 9:00 am. I pack everything in the car, head to the beach, and set up. The rest of the family wakes up at their own leisure and stroll over. The walk is 15-20 minutes, depending on your pace. It's a nice walk through the neighborhood. I'll be looking to rent this home again my next trip to Bethany Beach.

We had a wonderful time on our girls weekend! The house was so cute and clean - there was plenty of room for everyone! The trolley stop was right near the house, making it easy to get to the beach. I would absolutely stay here again!

This is one of the nicest homes we have ever stayed in near Bethany. Clean, spacious, all the necessary amenities, nice water view, and close to everything Bethany has to offer. We would highly recommend!
