Welcome to your home away from home on the East Coast! Discover the beauty of Delaware in this marvelous, brand-new home. You and your group will have full schedules and tons of memories made when you stay here. Explore town by finding fantastic local eateries, arts, entertainment, shopping, antiquing, and family-friendly attractions. When you're not lounging on the beach, stay closer to home and take a dip in the nearby pool in the community (anticipated opening July, 2022). Inside you'll find a bright interior with lots of natural light, due to the large viewing windows. Host a movie night on the large TV in the living area, or cook together in the beautiful kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances and a floating island breakfast bar. Get a restful night's sleep in any of the five beds. The main bedroom is the epitome of comfort, boasting a King-size bed and a lovely en suite bathroom, equipped with a double-sink vanity and a spacious walk-in shower. Enjoy the guest room/loft with access to the second floor deck, a perfect place to gather and watch the stars come out. THINGS TO KNOW -An additional half-bath is located in the loft. -For little guests, a Pack N Play and highchair are provided. -Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. My two kids and I very much enjoyed this house for a week at the beach. It’s well located and the pool is a nice amenity. It’s lacking some kitchen tools/glassware so cooking was a bit of a challenge but it’s overall a great house!

We did a little girls trip for a long weekend. And the house is literally perfect. It’s a lot more spacious than the photos do justice. The pool is great because it’s just steps away from the front door. The location was also amazing. We did lots of dinners out, and it was never a far ride. We loved our long weekend and would totally rent here again.
