Trash is to be taken out after your stay that is not part of the housekeeping trash days MON for tues pick up and every other week for recycling any trash left behind will be a 75$ charge will be charged to each renter thank you

THINGS TO KNOW

• A queen futon with a pillow and blanket provide extra sleeping space.
• The community charges a $175 flat fee per reservation for use of the amenities. This fee is charged as part of your reservation at the time of booking.
• Delaware regulations require all guests to sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.
• Some houses in the neighborhood area are under construction (significant progress is being made).
• Guests can stream with their own accounts (cable is unavailable).
