With granted access, you can spend the day at one of the sparkling shared pools splashing in the water or simply lounging in the sun. From pickleball and basketball to a fitness room, you’ll have plenty of reasons for fun! We kindly ask our guests to note that our community does not permit commercial vehicles on the premises. This fee is charged as part of your reservation at the time of booking. A queen futon with a pillow and blanket provide extra sleeping space. Delaware regulations require all guests to sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available. Some houses in the neighborhood area are under construction (significant progress is being made). Guests can stream with their own accounts (cable is unavailable).
