We were in the area for a family event and this was perfect. We will absolutely rent this again - and bring our cla - when we come to the beach! There was plenty of space for everyone and the boys loved the game room. The only snag we hit was finding the property in the dark, as the numbers were not easily seen.

This home was a good fit to meet our family's needs. We had a total of 6 guests which included 4 adults and 2 teens. The size of the house was fine, but would have felt tight if we had anymore people there. We liked the quiet neighborhood but being within a few minutes drive to the bustling Bethany boardwalk and other areas of town. We appreciated having some beach gear available for use, especially a cart. The community pool was really nice and enjoyable. Overall, the house is nothing fancy, but just right. Could use a few minor updates/general upkeep but we had a nice time, nonetheless.

This was a nice home located in a quiet neighborhood near beaches, restaurants, etc. it was equipped with almost you would need for a beach stay. The community pool and tennis courts were an added bonus! We would definitely stay here again.

We booked this home last minute. The home is very nice. Very comfortable furniture and beds. It's in a very quiet pet friendly neighborhood. One floor wirh a large garage. The inside of the home is very clean. Plenty of sheets and towels were provided. A welcome kit was provided with a sponge, liquid dish soap, 2 dishwasher and 1 laundry powder. A few bars hand soap a few rolls of toilet paper. We didn't use the sample shampoo and conditioner. The swimming pool was great. We didnt use the tennis court. It's centrally located. It's a short drive to the beach. We would recommend Bonkys icecream. We will rent this house again.
