On the ground level of your stay, you’ll find the first bedroom and a full bathroom. Step out into to garage and you'll find a comfy, hang-out space adorned with soft seating. A gas grill and an extra refrigerator provide a great spot to cook out. On the main level of the home, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen all set for whipping up a tasty coastal dinner. A small balcony off the kitchen is the perfect spot for your morning cup of coffee or a cool beverage. The family room has a large TV and soft seating. Just off the family room, you’ll find a shaded porch that overlooks the resort's calming water feature. Upstairs, you’ll find two main bedrooms, each with en-suite full baths. The larger of the two boasts a jetted soaking tub with a separate shower and a small private balcony. The second offers a sofa by a sunny window - a quiet place to catch up on your favorite book. The separate laundry is located on this level for convenience. Note: Bayside charges an optional per-person fee for guests ages 5 and older for the use of the community’s amenities, including the pools, tennis, and fitness center. This fee varies by the time of year.
