Great experience!!!! Everything was soo nice. The home is fully loaded with dishes. Very spacious!!! A couple of the mattresses were not so comfortable. My family and I will return. Also, its not far from Bethany Beach. It was only a 11 min drive which was awesome. Thank you again, Cyber

Big enough for large families, it’s within a short driving distance to the beach and the shared pool is GREAT for kids.

We loved the layout with family spaces and porch. Proximity to the pool with all the kid features was a huge plus!! Plenty of bathrooms and towels. Beach chairs, noodles and pickleball also great!

Overall, we liked this home. The pool was very nice and the development provided a nice place to jog around in (which was good because the key fob does NOT work for the exercise room at the clubhouse). We didn't use the shuttle to Bethany, opting instead to drive to the beach, which took less than 10 minutes. The rooms were nice, but the mattresses in the downstairs guest bedrooms were uncomfortable and the water pressure in that shower was abysmal. The air conditioning issue upstairs has thankfully been resolved so that wasn't an issue. The kids enjoyed staying up there. The most disappointing thing about this place was the lack of cleanliness. There was hair in the bathtubs, and the backs of the toilets were disgusting. There was mold in the coffee pot and it looks like someone maybe gave a half-hearted attempt at vacuuming. Dishes were left in the dishwasher so we had to put those away. The garbage bins in the garage were overfull and, with the heat from the weekend, stunk up the entire garage. There were cobwebs all over the screened-in porch that looked like they'd been there for months. Even after I complained about this and asked someone to contact me about it, no one ever did. Because of this lack of cleanliness and refusal to address it, I would not rent this location again.

This beautiful, clean, spacious and well equipped home exceeded our expectations. It is located in a quiet community which is close to everything. There is a community pool, fitness center and playground - enough to keep the little ones and the teens occupied. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and plan to return next year. Highly recommend this home to families visiting the area. You will not be disappointed !

We love the amenities but the home was dirty when we arrived. The bed sheets were disgusting, make sure to take your own if you stay here. For any tea drinkers this home does not have a tea kettle anymore. I could see layers of dust, we cleaned the home when we arrived. Besides that everything else was great! The pool was amazing and the proximity to restaurants and beaches was fabulous!!
