To enter the Clubhouse and outdoor pool area, you will need to scan a blue access card (provided by owner). Everyone age 6 and older must wear a renter wristband when using any of the OVBC amenities, including the Clubhouse, Fitness Center, outdoor pool, game rooms, sauna and steam rooms, and sports courts. There is a weekend beach shuttle bus if you paid for the wristband - please check at the clubhouse for schedule and other activities. This policy applies from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day. The outdoor pool is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day. The indoor pool is not accessible. Take advantage of many community amenities, including an outdoor pool, billiards, a fitness center, a sauna, locker rooms, miles of walking paths, pickleball, bocce ball, and basketball. Delaware regulations require all guests to sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking.
