This bright and airy home is only minutes from the ocean, shops, and restaurants of downtown Bethany Beach. A well-equipped kitchen and a propane grill provide the perfect setting to prepare meals for the entire family. If you choose to dine out, numerous restaurants are only blocks away. Life is truly good at the beach. THINGS TO KNOW Includes 2 Bethany Beach parking passes The jet tub's jets do not work, so it functions as a standard tub. Recreation passes for use of the pool and tennis courts are $30 per person per week or $10 per person per day, as of 2024, and may be purchased at the Clubhouse near the back pool. Guests will be required to provide a copy of their lease at the Clubhouse when purchasing recreation passes. Recreation pass fees are subject to change at any time by the community. Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available. We cannot recommend highly enough this superb property. The house is spacious, beautiful, fully equipped, and very tastefully decorated and furnished. The property is in a nice neighborhood within easy walking distance of restaurants and the beach. We walked, biked, swam and enjoyed the nightly concerts in the boardwalk. We will definitely be back.

The house was well appointed with comfortable furniture and the kitchen was stocked with everything you might need. The four bedrooms comfortably fit the two families sharing the house. The screened porch is a great spot for relaxing and for group dinners on cooler nights. The parking passes provided easy access to the beach whenever we wanted to go, and the trolley stop nearby made it easy to get to and from the Bethany boardwalk. We didn't use the neighborhood amenities on this trip but they looked great. We would definitely stay here again!

My husband and I, as well as another couple, stayed at this house for a long weekend and had a wonderful time. We were looking for a nice, comfortable and centrally located place where we could relax, do some activities, go to the beach and enjoy some good food. This house was perfect for all those things. It is located in a very nice and quiet neighborhood, where you could take long walks or bike rides. The house is beautifully decorated, extremely well equipped, and very clean. The bedrooms are large, with nice bathrooms. The living room has a nice fire place that can be turned on and off with the click of a button. There are two decks: one is covered, where you can eat dinner very comfortably; and the other one is open, for those that want to soak up the sun or do yoga outside, like we did. The house is located close to the beach and the boardwalk. We were able to walk and bike everywhere without problems. There are many restaurants and shops in the area. We enjoyed eating in several of them and listening to live music. Overall, we had a wonderful time and can’t wait to come back.
