Town of South Bethany - 125 Elizabeth Way

This house is very close to the beach -- about a 5-10 min walk across a few small streets and a a the bigger one. The set up has the living room and the nicer large bedroom upstairs, and 3 small bedrooms downstairs with two beds each. The downstairs bedrooms are well suited for kids, but note that the beds are quite small. The upstairs room with a queen bed is nicer. We enjoyed the large dining table, and open plan living/ dining / kitchen area. Unfortunately the kitchen was missing (or we could not find) a few key items, like a kettle to boil water for tea. In general, this location was very conveneint, and the house was nice and comfortable, but medium on ameneties and cleanliness compared to other properties I've rented (though I have not rented in Bethany beach before.)

This blue house was a great getaway for two weeks. Very comfortable house. Only a 10 min easy walk to the beach. The 4 bikes made it so much easier to get to beach or around town. The location is perfect. Quiet neighborhood but everything you need is within a bike ride other than grocery store which is 15 min.

This is our second summer in this home, and we absolutely love it! Great location and amenities! Quiet street with lovely neighbors and a short bike ride to the beach and the boardwalk. We look forward to coming back next year!

Truly exceptional on the amenities front--bikes, chairs, sheets, towels, etc. Easily walkable to beach. AC worked great in the 90 plus heat.

What a perfect trip to the beach! This house is adorable, fully equipped, and incredibly user-friendly. There’s nothing “cookie cutter” about it. The living area is warm, inviting and cheerfully multicolored. The Wi-Fi is terrific and you can get pretty much anything you want on the TV. The beach you have access to is private and beautifully kept - and only a 15-20 minute walk along the shore to the adorable and unique Bethany Beach Boardwalk. It’s about a 10 minute walk to the beach from the house - or less if you’re a fast walker 😉. I prefer the relative seclusion and cooling tree cover of this house - tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. There’s a hose and shower stall right outside the door to rinse off sandy feet and bodies. The spacious deck enjoys plenty of afternoon and evening sun - and adjoins a covered porch in case of weather. The kitchen is fully equipped and modern. All of the appliances look new or nearly new, including dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, and washer and dryer. The place is also super stocked with board games and puzzles for all ages. There’s a full bath including a tub downstairs, which I took a nice soak in. The bathroom upstairs has a shower. All fixtures work perfectly. Beds are comfy. The place was impeccably clean. In short - a totally relaxing getaway!
