Town of South Bethany - 119 Elizabeth Way

Just spent 2 weeks at this great house. We were 8 adults and 3 children under 2. And there was plenty of space for all. It’s a five minute walk to the beach – recommend getting a beach caddy or two for all your stuff – to make it easier to cross route US 1. The beach was clean and mostly empty. Still allows beach tents. Couldn’t swim in the water until last days bc of riptides from tropical storm. (Only one day of rain in the 2 weeks but windy a few days)There are no facilities on the beach so you have to walk back to the house to use bathroom facilities. Back at the house, the pool area is a wonderful oasis after hitting the beach We used it mostly in the afternoon. The pool is not heated, but it is refreshing on a hot day. The babies love floating around in the hot tub also not heated. the adults love cooling off in the pool after lounging on the pool deck. The house also has an outdoor shower barbecue and even an outdoor fridge great for entertaining. The inside of the house rooms are spacious, beds are comfy, and lots of extra pillows and blankets. We ordered cribs for the babies and they fit easily in the bedrooms. The kitchen is well equipped, including a large pantry, lots of cooking tools, dishes, glassware, and even a wine fridge. We use the washer and dryer that also comes with the house. The neighborhood itself is very quiet and feels very safe. Walking distance to many things(farmstand, breakfast shop, convenience store, even a mini golf). It’s a 20 minute walk to Bethany Boardwalk and many dining options. All in all, this is a great house for bringing family and friends. We look forward to visiting again.

This was our first beach rental and we had our entire family there. Six adults and 4 children. Everyone agreed it was an amazing house and the pool was the icing on the cake. Lovely and tasteful furnishings and decor and everything you need in a kitchen. We all agreed that this house should become an annual tradition. I can see why it’s already booked for several weeks next summer. Simply fabulous.

Our family of 6 adults and 5 children had a blast here! The pool was a perfect outdoor space to hang out. The house is spacious enough for us to play and relax.

The house was very clean and the pool with the area around it was beautiful. Great for the family and a very short walk to beach. We are looking forward to our stay next year!

This was our 8th house for our 3 generation family beach vacation. It provided for all we could ask for. Back yard/ pool was amazing...a hit with everone!
