The main bedroom suite is on this floor as well, with a king bed, en suite bathroom, dedicated desk for working, and bay windows of its own. Upstairs you’ll find another seating area with a flatscreen TV and a fun air hockey table, and the remaining four bedrooms. Two feature king beds, one with an en suite bathroom; one has a double and a twin; and the kids (or kids at heart) will love the bunk room. The space to spread out continues outside, with a large, fenced yard that the dog will love, two balconies, a deck with a firepit, a grill, fountain views, and a hammock with your name on it. If you can tear yourself away from all the fun in your home, shared amenities in the community include a pool that's open from Memorial Day-Labor Day, pickleball courts, a fitness center, tennis courts, a playground, a basketball hoop, and private fishing ponds. We had a lovely stay over Easter in this home. The house was spotless and very spacious. We were only 4 but there was plenty of room for all plus more for sure. The first floor master was perfect since we travel with our corgis who shouldn’t be on stairs. The fenced yard was also great. We enjoyed temperate weather for early April and took full advantage of the sun porch. The kitchen seemed well equipped but I don’t cook while away. We used plates, glasses, silverware (there was a full set). We did a grocery order from the nearby Giant to arrive shortly after we did and that worked out well. It’s DoorDash territory (not grub hub). The community is gated so you need to either meet them at the gate or share the gate code for food delivery. We would definitely return! :)
We enjoyed staying for a week over Thanksgiving. We enjoyed the spacious, comfortable home and especially enjoyed the screened porch and backyard. The fenced yard and dog door was wonderful for our dogs. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of room for everyone.
I lovedusing the microwave. Unfortunately when the microwave and toaster oven were being used at the same time, the electric circuit overloaded and tripped the breaker. The microwave was a substitute for the built in microwave above the oven that is inoperable. It took two days before power was restored because of no access to the electrical panel in the garage.
Nicely laid out house. Some wear and tear - not surprising. Nice yard, nice screened-in deck. Pool was nice. Kitchen stocked OK but only 1 butter knife. Some utensils were in bad shape. Railing going upstairs was dangerously loose on Saturday when we arrived. It was repaired on Sunday. Top bunk bed too close to ceiling fan - really not usable. Moving bunk bed might help. Mechanisms on doors could make getting out of rooms difficult!? Odd. One in shower was replaced while we were there. Only way to exit that bathroom was with someone outside opening the door. Never saw that happen before.
Location, quiet neighborhood good for walking, convenience to grocery and restaurants.
When we arrived at the house it was filthy! Dog hair everywhere, finger prints and dirty marks all over the tables, appliances, bathrooms. Floors were full of crud. Half the beds had no sheets on them, the other half that had sheets on them weren’t made and hadn’t been washed. The shower door was broken, the toilet flusher was stuck, the banister was wobbly. The water spout on the fridge had slimy black mold on it. HORRIBLY taken care of! The house itself was beautiful, big and nicely located. But that was ruined by arriving to a disgusting house. I requested to speak with a manager and still haven’t received a phone call. I am requesting some money back on our stay since the first day we had to leave for 5 hours so the cleaning lady could come back and clean. She did a great job cleaning, but we realized on the last night that one of the beds’ sheets were never changed because we found a bottle of lube in the sheets! Completely unacceptable.
