The main floor offers a half-bathroom and an open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area. A spacious front deck overlooks a community gazebo. Vaulted ceilings and strong natural lighting accent the space. The second floor offers a primary bedroom with a private balcony and en suite bathroom with double vanity, two additional bedrooms, and a hall bathroom. The Clubhouse offers an indoor pool, jacuzzi, expansive outdoor pool, game room with ping pong table, pool table, arcade machine, foosball, grand room with big screen TV, two poolside grills, fitness room, and a card room guests are welcome to use. Board games and DVDs are also available. If you want to use the neighborhood amenities during your stay, including the indoor and outdoor swimming pools and Clubhouse, you must pay a Facilities Access Fee directly to the neighborhood. Effective 1/1/26 – There is a year round Facilities Access Fee of $200.00 per reservation regardless of duration of stay. This will give you access to the clubhouse and amenities in the community. Guests opting to use the amenities must pay at least 10 days prior to check in. Guests will receive a key FOB or code for access from the clubhouse at check-in. Guests must return the key FOB to the check-in office or guests will be charged $100 for replacement. The payment must include: the unit number (#143), dates of facilities access and the number of the renters requesting access. If this information is not provided, there may be a delay in access.
