Cute condo with loft. Able to fit individual guests instead of all couples, which was nice. Room with two twin beds and the loft had pull out couch and another bed.

This was a very nice upgrade to our original arrangement. I want to disclose that bay casa quickly acted on an investigation of a very recent post about my prior reservation, looked into it found that the place was not ready to take guests, and provided this rental as a substitute with no additional charge. We love it so much that we are going to reserve it again.The next time we come. Plenty of space for sleepers, linens, towels, everything you needed to bring a family was there. Convenient to all of the amenities that the Sea Colony villages offered. It was quiet, given that it was after labor day. The bathrooms were well appointed and I loved the shampoo conditioner and bodywash that were provided in pump distributors in each shower bath combo. A couple of minor cosmetic repairs would make this a one hundred in my book, and I would highly recommend it to any family.

Beautifully-situated condo in Sea Colony offers everything a family needs to enjoy the amenities of Sea Colony and proximity to the beach. The view from the main space is gorgeous, like being in a tree house. The kitchen is well-equipped and the host provides games for families to enjoy. It’s not a high-end stay, and the price matches the decor and and furnishings. Solid option for a weekend at the beach.

LIke location and large living space.Kitcheon nice. Bathrooms clean. But air filter on AC unit was disgusting and never taken care of I left it out as breathing was not good . Owners should be upset at property management for not taking better care of units as filters this dirty can harm entire AC heating system. Would stay here again if filters were clean and new and dust and dirt behind master bed cleaned. We had to take out filter and clean door to AC unit area. Was very unhappy with Vacassa for not taking care of us in both units as promised.
