Tidal Walk - 45 Tibbetts Point Way

If you are looking for quiet neighborhood, well kept and really close to the beach, this could be for you. It is a nice home with some minor flaws but nothing what is a concern. One can enjoy a good time there. So we can recommend the home. Thanks for letting us enjoy this.

Good water pressure in showers. No dressers, drawers or shelves in bedrooms; primary bedroom has no closet. No luggage racks. One 24” towel bar in primary bathroom. Unacceptable toilet paper. Plenty of dishwasher and dish detergent, sponges in kitchen. Other guests food left in pantry. Broken drawers in nightstands: curtain rod broke and collapsed in primary bedroom, blocking deck access from that room. Too many decorations, overloaded with pillows, duvets and not enough functional storage, hooks, or hand towels. Plenty of pump hand soap in bathrooms. One washcloth per room. Insufficient towel hanging space in all bathrooms except powder room which had no supplied towel. Many mangled utensils which had obviously been in the garbage disposal prior to our visit. Nice decks. Plenty of sofa pillows and throws. Plenty of night lights. Pool table/ping pong table are outdoors in the garage. Community swimming pool was nice. Very steep front steps. Access code did not work when we arrived. So we had a very mixed experience. Most disappointing was the lack of storage space in bedrooms and the fact that the pantry was full of other guests abandoned food, including some with allergens for a member of our party. Freezer was not properly cleaned. Location and community were nice, though we believe a neighbor called the police when our dog was briefly off leash. One tiny trash can per bathroom, large one in kitchen for trash and recycling. Bags provided for kitchen can. Don’t think we would choose this property again.

Amazing location for two families and grand parents to stay. Easy biking distance to Sea Colony (where we had other family staying) and to the beach in Bethany. Very well equipped with games and bikes and TVs for down time. Comfortable beds and couches and space for big family dinners. Great communication!

The house is beautiful, great location to the beach n shopping. There are some things that need replacing, the BBQ n the smoke detectors. They are to sensitive when using the oven.

Great place to stay right near a cul-de-sac with plenty of space inside and out. Nice pool in short walking distance. Great open floor plan with all the utensils needed. The bedrooms have adjacent bathrooms and there was a powder room on the first floor so it's great for a big family. The master suite is great and private! Would definitely stay again!
