Please note: This home is not equipped with a grill Delaware Accommodations Intermediary License #2024712698 Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. This retreat features a den/sunroom that can be used as another bedroom/private sleeping area for your convenience. This house is not equipped with cable, however, guests can use their own accounts to log in to streaming services. Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

The neighborhood was lovely and the house had everything we needed. It took some time to get to the beach with traffic but it was great to relax out of the hustle and bustle in the evenings. Being a little further away from the beach really prompted us to check out a new beach everyday! If we had stayed right on the beach I don’t think we would have explored all the area had to offer.
