This unit is well furnished. Excellent top of the line GE kitchen electric oven and had stainless steel refrigerator. Lots of beautiful pots and pans. Ample kitchen tools. One minor comment is to bring some of your own steak knives and sharp knives for cutting. They didn’t have enough. But I always bring some cooking tools like sharp knives. I also brought nonstick frying pans which I prefer. But there were plenty of stainless steel frying pans available. The beds were comfortable. One bathroom had a tub/shower combo and the other had a large walk in shower. The bathrooms appear to be on newer side and lovely. Linens were provided and beds were made upon arrival. They even put a swan towel arrangement on the bed to greet us. Nice touch. I definitely recommend this unit and Sea Colony. We will return.

This unit was bigger than 3 of us needed but we loved having some extra space. It's been updated and was like being in a brand new place. My daughter appreciated having extra blankets in the closet. I liked having a drying rack for bathing suits and bath products in both bathrooms. We didn't run out of anything...shampoo, towels etc. The screened in porch was a great place for breakfast and reading. I'm booking this same unit for next year.

This property is well taken care of, it is clean, nicely furnished, has outdoor screened room for dinner parties, looks like new bathroom in the Master bdrm, beds comfortable and well stored kitchen with sit down bar/counter

The condo was absolutely gorgeous. It was well stocked with all the necessities for a vacation. We would love to return sometime.

The home was well decorated with no carpet (our preference) throughout the unit. My daughter loved the bunk beds in 'her' room. We found that the mattress in the primary bedroom was fairly 'indented' from other occupants - could use replacing or flipping. The unit was well stocked with plates, cups, utensils, etc., but did not have a single serve coffee machine, only a large pot one. This isn't a huge deal, but we didn't have enough people to justify brewing a whole pot each day. Location was great - short walk to a tram stop and close to the aquatics center pool. All in all, we enjoyed our time here and would definitely rent this unit again.
