Street parking is prohibited at all times. The community will ticket if parked on the street. Park two cars in the driveway and two cars in the garage if allowed by the property owner. Overflow parking at the Clubhouse is available. The HOA allows each home eight (8) Community Passes. They must be shared amongst guests. Guest must complete the rental application provided by Bishops Landing within 10 days of reservation. HOA and Owner are provided copies of the Application and Agreement. Minimum 7-day rental. The HOA requires a resort fee to be paid that is included in the cost of your reservation and will be made on your behalf. The cost for 2026 is $125.
