Town of Bethany Beach - 96C Second St

We arrived to a relatively unclean unit after five hours of travel and looking forward to relaxing when we arrived. There are obviously a ton of reviews, suggesting that the unit is unclean, the furniture is dingy and old, and things of that nature, unfortunately. Those comments held true for our stay. To be fair, they sent out a cleaning team after I reached out, but that team did not arrive very quickly and was not out of our unit until 830 that evening. Again in fairness, they waived the cleaning fee (they originally offered a partial credit which was ridiculous). Once the unit was cleaned properly, it was very serviceable for our stay. If you open up a few drawers and looked into the details of the place, you would still be pretty amazed at how not clean it is. If you’re generally unbothered at the idea of using other people’s things without knowing the level of care and detail that is put into keeping things clean between stays, and want a spot that has an awesome location for a reasonable rate, than this is definitely a good option. If you get unsettled, not knowing what it is you’re using and what you’re touching, stay away.

Can’t beat the location and the deck was amazing. Breathtaking views and right on the beach. We loved waking up early to watch the sunrise over the ocean. The kitchen had all the amenities we needed. The mattresses could definitely use a replacement, they were pretty lopsided and uneven. But overall great stay, my entire family had an amazing trip!

The out door porch was fantastic.

Great ocean views; comfy, smaller living for what we needed. Attractive decor w/good art! All necessary for kitchen use...don't need much!

You cannot beat the view and cleanliness.

The absolute best part of this condo was the VIEW! We absolutely loved waking up to the sight of the ocean and falling asleep to the sound of the ocean. Fabulous location! Every morning we took a walk on the beach and every evening we ended the day with another walk on the beach.
