No Pets Please unless otherwise noted. This multilevel vacation home is located in Ocean Village on the oceanside a short distance to the ocean. Level one offers 4 bedrooms and three bathrooms. Level two offers a large living, dining, kitchen area, sitting area, deck and powder room. Enjoy the view from the *rooftop deck and two outside showers! Delaware Accommodations Intermediary License #2024712698 THINGS TO KNOW No smoking Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available *rooftop deck will be unavailable for summer 2024, as repairs will be completed in fall 2024. Sorry for any inconvenience.

The house location was great! Quiet neighborhood and very close to the beach access. House has nice living spaces. Older home that needs some TLC. Unfortunately the house was rather dirty upon our arrival. Especially the outdoor spaces. Overall, the location could not be beat.

We loved staying at this property. The main floor was set up very well for hanging out, cooking, relaxing, etc. We also really enjoyed the outdoor spaces (covered porch and upper roof deck). You also can NOT beat the location. You are literally two houses from the beach. It's a quiet, gated street, and we felt very safe.
