Sea Pines Village - 26 Sea Pines Vill

Enjoy a five minute walk to the beach, dining, and activities. Very convenient location. The beach chairs were an added bonus.

Rental Unit 26 is a great choice for a Bethany Beach stay, and I would recommend booking at Sea Pines! You may be interested to know that the unit is two floors: both bedrooms are upstairs and are “joined” with a bathroom (1 shower/bath and 1 toilet). Each bedroom is connected to the bathroom with a vanity and sink; this was great, as our party contained two 3-person families. There is another half-bathroom downstairs which is a nice convenience. Towels and washcloths were provided, as were hand soaps upstairs. The kitchen downstairs had a working stove, new microwave, toaster, coffee pot, dishwasher and refrigerator. There’s an abundance of other amenities, too, like soap and a sponge at the kitchen sink, plateware, silverware and cooking utensils. There’s even a broom, vacuum and some other cleaning supplies if you like to keep neat (like I do!). Toilet paper was provided, as were paper towels, which was a nice convenience. We were provided with dishwasher soap, but we did need to bring our own laundry detergent for the washer and dryer upstairs. (There’s even a laundry basket that you could use!). The available amenities were abundant, and it made the trip go much more smoothly. It made it feel more like home, too! Thanks to the Homeowner for their generosity! The parking spaces were great; one was underneath the outside “deck” by the front entrance, and the other was directly across (as shown in the photographs). This single space was great for accommodating our truck! The pool is directly across the unit, and the access to Bethany Beach was easy! The total walk from the front step to my spot on the beach was approximately 1/3 of a mile. We walked down North Pennsylvania Ave and turned onto Cedar Street. At the end of the street there was beach access! The boardwalk is also on North Pennsylvania Avenue, and it is within an easy walking distance- perhaps a half to three-quarters of a mile. I’d return, and I’d recommend! This unit was a GREAT choice!

Great location just outside Bethany Beach. Nice covered parking, good size 2nd floor deck and 1st floor patio,

There is a spiral staircase that may not work for everyone. The rails are fairly far apart. The bedrooms are a great size. The main level needs some attention. This is a fairly typical moderately priced option close to the beach.

All was very good.

Great location! Super clean, easy to access. All around the perfect addition for our family beach weekend.
