You can tell the owners take pride of ownership and think of the needs of their guests. The home was well cared for and stocked. Furnishings were comfortable and plentiful and in good taste. We loved the location and the Sea Colony amenities as we always used to stay in Sea Colony. We loved the easy access to the beach and downtown. It was perfect for our family. We'll be back!!

One of our best family vacations yet! We absolutely loved staying here, right on the beach. It was perfect for everyone! The house is gorgeous and the private beach entrance was so nice. The kids could play in the natural sandbox yard below. We set up chairs, umbrella, and had a great little spot for them. All the amenities we amazing! Everything was well thought of and made It so easy for us in every way. We took advantage of the Sea Colony passes and really enjoyed having the pools and fitness center available. The location is awesome! It’s a very easy walk to downtown Bethany. We had so much fun riding the rental bikes too! We look forward to coming back again next summer!

Loved thd outside sittung area and large tables fir meals both inside and out and the privacy behind a large sand dune that blocked the wind..The primary suite is beyond comfortable with beautiful views
