New second floor bathrooms, primary bedroom will be on south side of building and a balcony will be added. New carpet and floors throughout. Absolutely Loved Our Stay! Location Was Amazing, Quick Walk To The Beach! Parking Spots Provided Meant No Moving The Cars! Plenty Of Room In The House For Everyone To Have Their Space! An Absolute Must Stay... Will Be Coming Back! Highly Recommend!

The house was very clean, and they even left us bottled water and bags of ice cubes! The furniture was comfortable, and the location can't be beat. the bedrooms are small, but adequate. The balcony has an ocean view. We loved our stay here, and would love to come back again.

We really enjoyed our stay in Unit 1 of Sandy Walk. The condo was clean, nicely furnished, and accommodated our family of 7 comfortably. We especially appreciated its perfect location — beachfront with direct access to the boardwalk and only a 2 minute walk from the center of town. The beach was lovely with smooth sand and no rocks. The downtown area is filled with shops and restaurants and has laid-back, family vibe. We definitely plan to return to Bethany Beach and would rent the same unit again.

A very spacious 4 bedroom home. It was nice to have two living rooms and a well equipped kitchen. We loved how close it was to the beach and the Bethany boardwalk. Would definitely come back.

The location of this home could not be better. Just steps to the boardwalk and then the wonderful beach! No more packing the car, finding a parking spot and lugging it all through the sand.
