Delaware Accommodations Intermediary License #2024712698 Things to Know Mallard Lakes charges a $150 amenity fee for parking and pool, from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Guests must go to the Mallard Lakes office to pay for it. Every other week during the year, the amenity fee is $100 per week. No pets. Smoking is not allowed at the pools or in the unit. No trailer or boat parking allowed on premises.

Nice clean condo about 10 minutes from Fenwick Island state park. Easy to get to rte 1, and only about 1/2 an hour to the OC inlet or the outlets in Rehobeth. Kitchen was well appointed, and the washer and dryer are useful when you are at the beach for a week. Community amenities like the 2 pools, tennis/pickleball, multiple playgrounds and picnic areas are great for families with kids of all ages.

I love The fact that Mallard Lakes has everything you would need on site from pools to playground grilling kayaking and entertainment for the whole family. My second time renting here and because of my very first time experience this year my sister and daughter both rented units near me and we had a great time. It is also near everything from the bay to short drive to ocean to shopping and restaurants. Definitely returning

The rooms were nice and there were enough towels for everyone. The home is older and a little outdated but who cares when you’re at the beach! It served its purpose. We didn’t use any of the amenities, so, we paid extra for these and didn’t need to. Nice place and has everything you’d need for a week at the beach. Outdoor shower is a plus!!
