Guests have access to central AC, a microwave, free WiFi, an outside shower, a Murphy bed, a sleeper sofa, a balcony, and parking for two cars. THINGS TO KNOW Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available. Perfect for my wife and I for a little get away. Close to everything.

It’s perfect for 2 people looking to get away for a weekend. Small place. Definitely cozy but we spent most of the time at the beach or walking around. The private entrance to the beach is great. A nice respite from the boardwalk people crowding the shore. If you don’t need much in the way of space, this is a perfect spot. It gets a little steep in cost during the summer but the weeks before or after have an unbeatable price point. Will def book again.

Although the location of this unit is excellent that is where the positives end. There are numerous amenity and maintenance issues that need to be addressed especially deck furniture and door screens. Sadly I would not stay here in the future.

My friend and I realized we had some free time that aligned so we wanted to do a quick two day beach trip. It was already the end of June and we were looking for a stay the third weekend in July, so I was not expecting to find anything affordable in the immediate area. I was so pleasently surprised to find this place that is not only walking distance to the beach, very reasonable price, but also it was actually nice! Usually any affordable, good location that late in the planning game comes standard with horror movie level conditions. This place was cute, clean, comfortable, and even had a balcony and TWO designated parking spots. Even better that I found this in Bethany somehow, so we even got to avoid all the ocmd riff raff. My friend had the actual bed and said the mattress was pretty uncomfortable so come prepared for that if you need both beds. I slept on the pull out and it was perfectly comfortable. Also, I had to catch up on some work so I can attest that the wifi is good. It's becoming a pipe dream to actually "get what you pay for" (in a good way) these days, so I really appreciated this experience. Thank you!
