We booked this house for a week for our annual family vacation and highly recommend. We had two adults, two kids ages 4 and 6 and we had more space than we even needed! The house had everything we needed to feel right at home and the neighborhood was so cute! There are little ponds with fountains all over so you can sit on the balcony with your morning coffee and listen to the water. The landscaping is beautiful flowers everywhere, was very impressed. The location is also great, unit is very close to the pool and easy to access backroads where you can walk/ride bikes through the neighborhood and streets. There is a bike rental place around the corner if needed and a really cool lighthouse you can walk too that my kiddos really liked. Everything was really close including beach, waterpark, restaurants, OC. We had a great experience here and will be booking again in the future.

It is a nice apartment. Roomy enough for a family. Clean and kitchen was well organized. Only 5 minutes to the beach or coastal highway to restaurants, stores, miniature golf. My favorite is the pool. It is a minute walk to the pool area, which is spacious and well kept. We all enjoyed our time there. We hope to be able to rent again next year.
