We loved the location being a few minutes drive to the beach. This home is located in a very nice development with a pond and shaded walking paths. We also liked the screened in porch. Unfortunately the house itself needs landscapping, (backyard was not mowed), major upgrading, new carpets and new mattresses (beds were very uncomfortable). If these issues are addressed, we would return because we love Bethany Beach. This rental is reasonably priced.

Excellent home in a wonderful location. Price point for this house is perfect for all it offers. A little dated but its not that big a deal.

Living room TV did not work (only 1 other TV in main bedroom worked). Cable company came out and said TV was bad and owner was to provide replacement TV, but it never came. Large dining table was great. Large grill was good, but ignitor did not work, used lighter. Liked the screened in porch. Both secondary bedrooms had 2 single beds, would have liked one to have a queen bed instead.

The neighborhood was quaint and quiet. Pool was refreshing. Bethany is very peaceful, our new go to! House was ok, needs some upgrades. Sliding back door does not lock, screen doors off screened in porch did lock. We felt safe, however, I would prefer if the door would lock or to have something to put in the track at night to secure the door. Overall we enjoyed our stay!
