We stayed two nights in an Ocean View, DE condo booked through VCASA. The good: easy check-in, nicely decorated, clean, and both the beds and couch were comfortable. The not-so-good: there was zero information provided about the town or condo community—no guidance on trash, clubhouse, pool, golf, or local restaurants—which meant wasting time figuring things out on our own. The worst part: the living room TV had no remote. We searched everywhere, called VCASA twice, and were promised one would be delivered, but it never showed. A frustrating miss that soured what could have been a great stay.

We stayed here for 2 nights. It is a cozy apartment with everything you’d need for a getaway. We cooked meals and played cards while enjoying the dear pass by. The neighborhood is quaint and the people are friendly. We took our dog for walks, enjoyed the pool and the courts. The property managers are very responsive and helpful, which made our stay worry-free.

We have stayed at this condo association before but not this particular unit- I love the condo location , it’s quiet, about 15 minutes from the beach when there’s no traffic. The unit had wear and tear - which I expected and was not bothered by since it’s a pet friendly unit-‘ the space was clean and smelled nice- they supply body wash shampoo and conditioner in the shower and individual ones which was very nice and unexpected - they also supply a welcome kit with a sponge , and dish soap- and a roll of paper towels - there were plenty of towels for my stay and they even folded one to look like a swan when we first arrived which was a cute touch - If you’re staying more than one day bring extra trash bags and they do not supply any detergent for the washing Machine which again didn’t bother me- the biggest issue is the bed in the first room- it’s small and so uncomfortable- the bed frame has to be broken because it’s like laying on a plank - not suitable for sleeping on for three nights - a bad bed ruins a vacation- so please invest in a new frame - Amazon has them for less than $100 lol
