To enter the Clubhouse and outdoor pool area, you will need to scan a blue access card (will be provided by owner). Everyone age 6 and older must wear a renter wristband when using any of the OVBC amenities. The outdoor pool is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day. The indoor pool is not accessible. Clubhouse hours: 5am-10pm. Outdoor pool hours: 9am-9pm. It may be closed occasionally for private events. Ocean View Beach Club offers a seasonal shuttle bus that runs on Saturdays and Sundays only, but also on Memorial Day, July 4th, and Labor Day. Please check with the clubhouse for schedule & other activities. Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking.
