From here, you'll have stunning views of the Fenwick Island Lighthouse, built in 1858, which is the oldest lighthouse in the state of Delaware. My daughter and I stayed for a short getaway. The space was very clean and comfortable. It had a nice layout with the bedrooms on opposite sides of the main area. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware and utensils for meal prep, which you don't usually get with rental properties. We loved the enclosed porch!

The house was great especially for going to the beach. It was spacious for two couples. Each having their own room and bathroom. The street is a little busy. It is a good walk to the beach. The best thing to do is drive down with all your chairs and leave the car down at the beach and walk back to the house. That way when your down with the beach and tired the car is there too take you home

Really enjoyed this property. The layout was perfect and the location was good. Just wish there were sidewalks to access the beach. Would have liked the TV in the bedroom to work, but it was not a big deal. Will be back

So convenient!!! You can walk to the beach, just be careful and use sidewalks in back and crosswalks. Walkable to so much great food and 3 mini golfs. It’s not a high rise so you get less noise. And you get a front deck of your own with a view of the Lighthouse. Our experience with neighbors was nice, including the mobile homes next door.
