This golf resort getaway's first floor offers the living and dining areas, well-equipped kitchen, half bath, two master suites and access to the rear screened porch and deck with gas grill, while the second floor is home to a front covered porch, full bath and the three remaining bedrooms. Central air conditioning, washer and dryer too. 5 flat-screen TVs, DVD, foosball, keyless entry lock, gas grill, outdoor shower, Wifi. Plus, beach chairs, tennis racquets and boogie boards (courtesy items not guaranteed). * Notes: Garage is available for storage only - no parking. Fireplace is not available for guest use. The Village at Bear Trap Dunes surrounds 27 holes of championship golf at Bear Trap Dunes Golf Club. Just three miles to the beach, this exciting golf course community features a fantastic set of amenities, including The Village Pavilion (with indoor pool, outdoor pool, kiddie pool, exercise room, Har-Tru tennis courts, hard surface tennis court, multi-sport court and saunas for homeowners and guests), outdoor pool, playground, summer beach shuttle and clubhouse with restaurant. This was our second year in a row staying at 96 Willow Oak in Bear Trap Dunes and we had a much more positive experience this year versus last year. The house was clean and everything was in good working order. We will definitely consider renting this property again in 2026. Diane W.

Very nice, large property in our favorite neighborhood of Ocean View, Bear Trap Dunes. This is our second time staying here. Area is very quiet, house has plenty of room And can easily sleep at least eight people. Has all the amenities of home. Will definitely stay here again.

The house overall was decent. Great location, beautiful open concept, loved the front porch with the swing, LOVED how there was a dog friendly option, the neighborhood and the clubhouse were amazing! Unfortunately the home was extremely dirty. I was so disappointed, I reported the filth and someone was supposed to reach out but I never heard from anyone. When we arrived there was a mountain of trash outside that stunk so bad and attached so many flies the house ended up full of flies. I will say the trash was taken care of a day later once I reported taking it across the street. The house was not cleaned whatsoever. There were stains on the floors, hair balls in the corners and under furniture, pots/pans and cooking utensils were not clean, our feet were black from the dirt on the floors, and the counters and table were sticky. Someone was supposed to reach out to me but never did. That was upsetting because something could have been worked out. Seems like there is a lot of negative reviews about the cleanliness and nothing has been done about it.
