Bayview Landing - 38013 Bayview Cir

First, let me say, this is not what we booked in the pictures, furniture in pictures is not what was in the rooms, specifically the living room at all, 3 couches all different colors, no coffee tables, not at all what we saw in the pictures when offered this house, Dirty Furry vents, that we breathed all week, dirty carpets, dirty grill found with a melted thermometer, we never attempted to even use it, unmanicured so called garden, smelly garage and sunroom that could not be used due to musty smell, told to use a air freshener from the dollar store, had to keep door closed, stains on tables, couches, no one had been in the house for a very long time and we feel as if it was a quick fix for us to be there, coffee maker broken before we got there, garbage can in kitchen gross with food caked all over the inside, gross, garage with beach items that were dry rotted, dirty rag left in DR on wine cooler, spider webs in the house and several dust bunnies everywhere, so called garden that we also could not use due to the fact that it was unmanicured and more like a jungle, not a lovely garden, house freezing downstairs and very hot upstairs, I slept in a chair, not the bed, electric wiring attached to bed frame from the wall, a fire hazard, finger prints and smudges all over TV in LR, dirty foot prints in bathtub upstairs upon arrival and hair in bathtub, water ring stains on dining room table that we were not responsible for, had to make several calls to speak to a management specialist who offered me $350 credit for non cleaning which I accepted but expected much more as this house was a total disappointment, and we will not return after coming to this area for several years, we were offered this house due to the fact the the house we had last year the owners decided not to rent, and again a terrible disappointment and felt that we should have been reimbursed much more!

We loved staying at the Bayview Landing house. It is a great house with plenty of room and comfortable beds. We had a blast at the beach and enjoyed dinner on the bay. The Fenwick Ice Co. was a hit with the kids. The house is in a great location with the nearest beach being just a few miles away. The Ocean City MD boardwalk took about 30 minutes to drive to. We would definitely stay here again in the future!

I got up each morning & had tea with toast in a beautiful garden. Bird singing, sweet smells from the flowers. Insects around but not bothering me. Quite space to meditate at the end of the yard. Enough yard space for me to do yoga. 3 bathrooms for 3 women. My grandson enjoyed the safe feeling while walking each morning. My other grand children enjoyed the pools. Recommended for 7 or 8 comfortable space. 😆

The home was beautiful, spacious, clean and in a great neighborhood. Master shower was awesome, so relaxing. Yard was pretty and well maintained. Easy ride to the ocean.
