The first floor offers the living area, well-equipped open kitchen, dining area, half bathroom and two master suites, as well as a rear screened porch and open deck (with gas grill). The second floor is home to the remaining two bedrooms and a full bath.Central air conditioning, washer, dryer and more. 6 flat-screen TVs, DVD, electric fireplace, gas grill, outside shower, Wifi. * Notes: Garage is available for storage only - not for parking. The Village at Bear Trap Dunes surrounds 27 holes of championship golf at Bear Trap Dunes Golf Club. Just three miles to the beach, this exciting golf course community features a fantastic set of amenities, including The Village Pavilion (with indoor pool, outdoor pool, kiddie pool, exercise room, Har-Tru tennis courts, hard surface tennis court, multi-sport court and saunas for homeowners and guests), outdoor pool, playground, summer beach shuttle and clubhouse with restaurant. Note: The Bear Trap Dunes Owners Association charges an optional per person fee for guests ages 4 and older for the use of the community’s amenities, including the in-season beach shuttle, pools, tennis and fitness center. This fee varies by the time of year and is subject to change without notice. We truly enjoyed our stay at 67 Willow Oak! 🏡❤️ The home offers generous, comfortable space both indoors and out, with a screened porch, covered porch, and large deck with plenty of seating. 🌿☀️ We especially enjoyed the outdoor shower 🚿 and the convenient access to the pools and sauna. 🏊‍♀️🧖‍♀️ The kitchen was very well stocked with plenty of pots, pans, dishes, and everything we needed for our stay. 🍳🍽️ Having a full-size laundry room on the first floor was also a wonderful convenience. 🧺 The layout of the home was perfect for our group, with two ensuite primary bedrooms on the first floor, plus additional space upstairs with a game room and two more bedrooms. 🛏️🎮 The bedding was comfortable, and the huge luxury tile shower was a real highlight! ✨🚿The home was clean, comfortable, beautifully presented, and provided plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy time together. 🥰 It truly had everything we could ask for and made our stay most enjoyable. We loved our stay and would happily return! 🌟🏡❤️

Really impressed with the condition of all the furniture. Clean and felt comfortable to use and relax. Bathrooms excellent condition. Bedrooms set up perfect; although the mattress on second floor left side bedroom could be replaced (has a lump in it). Definitely would rent again, looking for June time now. Thank you.

Our family enjoyed this beautiful home and all of its extras. The furnishings are wonderful and we had as many as 8 people staying with us at one point. The back porch was so clean and we used it in the morning coffee and in the afternoon we drank our wine and watched as our golfers played thru on the course, fun! Great home, hoping to book again for 2026.
