One bedroom with a king bed and an attached bathroom, a second bedroom with a queen bed and an attached bath, and a third bedroom with two twin beds (no attached bath). The fourth level has a bedroom with a king bed and an attached bath and another bedroom with a daybed with a trundle (two singles - no attached bath). Community amenities: Pier, outdoor pool, hiking paths, and picnic area. Beach access is available via a pathway on the east side of Coastal Highway.
