Inside, the first floor offers the primary suite, living room, family room (den), well-equipped kitchen (with stainless steel appliances), and dining room. The second level offers the remaining three bedrooms, with a shared hall bath. You are just a short drive or bike ride to the beach and downtown Bethany Beach. Additional amenities include Central air conditioning, washer, dryer and more. This home also features six TVs (all flat-screens), a wood-burning fireplace, and a gas grill. The house is located in a semi private development with a nice deck backing up to plenty of trees. The house is large enough for 6 adults and 2 children to sleep comfortably. Plenty of room for separate space if needed. This is definitely a house we will keep in mind to rent again!

Situated in a quiet, yet convenient neighborhood, the house has all the comforts of home. Nice deck out back with plenty of seating and a grill. Inside, multiple bedrooms are comfortable. The community swimming pool, tennis, and pickleball courts are a very short walk away.

Loved that there are so many options for eating spaces, indoor and outdoor. Loved the crisp fresh sheets and towels. Loved the remodeled bathrooms. Plenty of cooking utensils. Big fridge with ice maker. Appreciated the laundry detergent, dishwasher soap, dish soap and sponges, shampoo and conditioner all being supplied for us. Really loved having access to the community pool.

our family has now stayed in this community for the last 3 years at thsi time of year and have been pleasntly surprised The community meets all expectations. This house was great for the larger group that we had with us this year. it could use some additonal TLC where cleaning is but nothing that would deter from your stay. Bedding could also be addressed but again nothing that would have you regretting booking this home. We would consider booing the house again for next years trip.

This is a cozy house. Felt like staying at Grandma’s, except it had nicely updated bathrooms. No ants or odor that other reviews mentioned. A/C was phenomenal. Lots of spaces to gather, but also quiet nooks to relax. Adorable neighborhood with nice pool just a block away.

This house was perfect for a larger family getaway. There was plenty space for us to spread out but also enjoy being on vacation together. The neighborhood was only a few minute drive to the beach and offered some nice additional amenities like the pool and tennis courts. We didn’t get the opportunity to enjoy them, but did enjoy having the option! We would book again!
