Sea Colony - 406 Georgetowne House is described as an outstanding, great-value stay with a comfortable layout that worked especially well for relaxing and family visits. Guests praised the comfortable beds, beautifully finished bathrooms, open kitchen and living area, and a well-stocked kitchen with plenty of appliances and dishes. The home was repeatedly noted as very clean and accurately represented in the photos. Its oceanfront setting offers easy access to the beach, pools, nearby dining, shops, and the boardwalk, making the location especially convenient. The sweeping water views were a standout feature, with many guests enjoying the balcony and its elevated seating designed to take in the scenery. Guests also appreciated the resort amenities, on-site laundry, and the overall quiet, welcoming atmosphere.

The place gave us what we needed! A place to sleep, shower, and have some meals! With sand it has to be hard to keep up with, but the carpet had crumbs/sand on it kind of like it was not vacuumed. My toddler loved the bunk bed room and enjoyed climbing up the ladder. The kid shallow pool was great and we also loved/hated the snack shack. We seemed to always stop by on our way back to the room from the beach.

My young family of 4 (2 boys under 4) really enjoyed our stay at 406 Georgetowne! While there were some tiny dead bugs by the patio doors, I everything else was clean enough that I didn’t care. The furniture was well loved and kind of a hodgepodge of colors and styles, but that tends to bode well with little kids. The view was PERFECT! High enough that you could look right out from the couch and not see the deck below. I will note that the balcony was not child safe- my almost 2 year old could definitely fall through the spindles if he tried hard enough. Luckily the door to the patio was heavy and difficult to open for a child. It was a quick and easy walk to the beach, and an even quicker walk to the pool that had a kiddie pool. Not a single complaint from either kiddo on the walk, which is a miracle in itself. We loved all of the amenities of Sea colony and being walking distance to some restaurants, CVS, and ice cream. If you’re super picky and want luxury, I’d go somewhere else. This was a great spot for a great price and we’d happily stay again!

The unit was very clean and the kitchen was stocked! The view was amazing.

The apartment had a great view of the water. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony. The balcony chairs were bar stool height which was nice b/ c you could see over the railing. The kitchen was very open to the living room. The bed in the primary bedroom was comfortable. We were only there for two nights and we didn’t not use any of the facilities. We did walk to the Boathouse Restaurant for dinner and Dunk-in Donuts for a quick breakfast. Nice to have stuff close by. I walked to Bethany on the beach. Cute town!
