Large screened porch and deck allow you to relax and enjoy the view. Private access to the canal, just bring your kayak, canoe or stand-up paddleboard! Central air conditioning, well-equipped kitchen, washer, dryer and more. 2 TVs (including one Netflix capable with guest's own account), DVD, library of books, board games, Wifi., outside shower, charcoal grill, wood-burning fireplace). *Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available. Great view, nice location. Screened in porch overlooking water. Access to kayaks to use in canal. Place could use a little updating but overall beds were comfortable and had what we needed.

The house was very clean, extremely homey and well stocked for an easy Easter weekend at the beach. We very much enjoyed the screened in porch and my 4 year old loved walking down to the water to explore. We will definitely be back!

We spent a long weekend in this house with another couple and it was fantastic. Beautiful bay and marsh views from porch, comfortable bedrooms and living room, and a cozy firepit to sit by at night. Also, only a couple minute drive from the beach. We hope to book this place again!
