THINGS TO KNOW

Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

The Sea Colony Recreational Association requires a per person resort fee for guests ages 4 and older. This fee varies by time of year and is mandatory.

We love staying in this unit and it feels like home. The views are breathtaking and it has everything that you need. The furniture was updated since our stay there in November. We enjoyed Christmas there and can't wait to return here again soon. Unfortunately it is booked up through August.

This condo offers amazing views of the beach, has a fully stocked kitchen and is close to everything. My only reason for not giving it five stars is that the bathrooms could use updating. But regardless of that, we have already booked two more trips there before the end of the year.
