Loggerhead - Leatherback Ln #903

When we arrived, the kitchen floor was incredibly sticky, which was disappointing but the house was in a great location with a really convenient layout. The decor is great for the beach and the beds are reasonably comfortable. A couple things I wish I knew: 1. The bunk beds are on the main level and there are sliding glass doors that lead to the outside. We planned to our our kids in the bunk room but weren’t comfortable with the sliding doors in there. 2. They provide towels but they are very poor quality and some were dirty and torn. A quick trip Michael’s for decent towels would be a huge improvement for this rental. 3. Literally ONE pillow is provided per person. I don’t know anyone that only sleeps with one pillow and again, this problem could be fixed cheaply and would make a huge difference 4.The tub upstairs won’t drain. We alerted the property managers and they said they put a ticket in but no one showed up to fix it. 5. The cleaners are not thorough at all. The kitchen floor was sticky, there was a hair in the shower and fingerprints all over the mirrors in the master bedroom plus some of the pans we went to use were dirty. Overall a decent, reasonably priced to stay but with a small investment for towels, better cleaners and more pillows, this place could be great.

Great space close to everything. We really enjoyed our stay with our family.

Great townhome in an amazing location! Plenty of space and overall good comfort. The home itself could use a deep cleaning, some refreshing, everything had layers of dirt and grime. This was the second time we have rented the home and the dirt, stained furniture, etc. was just that much worse, where’s the upkeep from the owner? Overall a good home, just needs some much overdue tlc!!!
