Sea Colony - 606 Georgetowne House Rd

We had a nice stay at 606 Georgetowne. It’s conveniently located near the elevators and has a great view.

We’ve been vacationing at sea colony for 12 years go back every summer. This is one of the better apartments we’ve stayed in plenty of pots pans dishes everything worked beautiful view. Just wish they started the summer fun things a little earlier.

The condo was perfect for our family of 6. We loved the large dining table for meals and games. The couch and all beds were very comfortable. Location was great, high enough in building for a great view of the beach. Close to multiple pools. Amenities at Sea Colony are always great. We will be back!

We have stayed at Sea Colony for many years. This was one of the nicest condos we rented. It is updated and the kitchen is nicely equipped with plenty of dishes and pots and pans. A minor draw back is the dishwasher is not great. The view is wonderful and the angle of the balcony makes it private. We have put this condo on our list to rent another year.

The sectional sofa was great, the coffee table great, the dining room table great, the den great! There is a consignment shop of furniture from people who have sold their condo's at the beach, its located in ocean city... if the owners don't want to invest a lot of money take a trip and check it out. You may be able to update at a minimal cost. People coming in to 606 Georgetown, there are no throw rugs anywhere in the condo. I would have liked to have seen one under the coffee table, at the front door and at the slider to the balcony. The ice maker doesn't work. There is no Keurig coffee maker. The master bedroom shower has a very unusual control for the water...I could never get it to work but I'm in my 70's, I used the second bath shower. I think the bedspreads in the master bedroom and the twin bed bedroom need to be updated ...they look like they have been there 10 years. Kitchen bowls, pans etc are so disorganized its hard to find anything. Its a nice condo but if the owners spent some time and money it could be so much better. I understand its an investment property however take some pride and get it up to date. Oh the washer and dryer behind bifold doors....when using the washer don't close the bifold doors or it will turn the washer off and you will never know until you think its time to put your laundry in the dryer. I really did like my stay at Sea Colony...just wanted to give others a heads up.
