Located in Millville by the Sea, this two-story 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath townhome is just four miles to the local beaches and resort areas, with tax-free shopping, water sports, great restaurants, family amusements and more -- all just minutes away. The first floor features the living room, dining area, well-equipped kitchen, half bathroom, full bathroom, bedroom, and access to the patio, while the second floor is home to a full bathroom and the remaining two bedrooms. Central air-conditioning, a washer/dryer, five TVs, two DVDs, an electric fireplace, Keurig, board games, a gas grill, and WiFi round out this home's amazing perks. We kindly ask our guests to note that our community does not permit commercial vehicles on the premises. We kindly request that guests have a personal vehicle rather than a commercial one during their stay. Thank you for your understanding!

Please remember to leave the pool cards and fobs behind or a 100$ charge per card

Trash is to be taken out after your stay that is not part of the housekeeping trash days MON for tues pick up and every other week for recycling any trash left behind will be a 75$ charge will be charged to each renter thank you

  • The community charges a $175 flat fee per reservation for use of the amenities. This fee is charged as part of your reservation at the time of booking.
  • Check-in time: 4:00 PM
  • Check-out time: 10:00 AM
  • All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM
  • No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
  • Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.
  • You must be 25 years or older to rent this property.

Very clean and close to the beach. Only issue was the office wasn’t too helpful. We asked for a map of the area so we can find the pools and they said go online. Which is fine but the online map did not have street names.

Pros: the home is located in a quiet, picturesque neighborhood. A short drive to Bethany, Rehobeth and Dewey beaches. We also had access to nearby pools and a workout center, all of which were great!

Cons: CLEANLINESS!!! The walls were dirty. Literally every room had stains on the walls. The bed comforters were balled up in the closets upon our arrival. Sooo are they clean or?? Several ants and other small bugs in the house. The dishes were gross!!!! I’m talking way past due for replacement. There was a bowl on the counter of larger utensils (mixing spoons, spatulas, etc). The bottom of the bowl was filthy!! Out of the 3 bedrooms, 2 of the beds had numerous strands of hair in the sheets. Dining room table and sunroom tables all needed cleaning. My daughter’s feet were black after walking barefoot in the house. The fan in the master bedroom was caked with dust. Shower curtains and comforters were old. We ended up calling maintenance, who responded quickly. They brought ant traps, changed the sheets, and cleaned the floor as best as they could. Overall, we were highly disappointed in the cleanliness of the home.

We booked this house are were shocked when we arrived. The house was very dirty and in poor condition. It was evident that not only had the house not been cleaned, it hadn't be cleaned for some time. The floors were absolutely disgusting. We did call and speak to Vacasa. They sent another team out to clean the house. They also had maintenance come to repair several broken items in the house. There were also issues with ants, and both the washer and dryer had a disgusting putrid, mildewy smell unlike anything I have ever experienced. There were many other concerns, which we outlined with Vacasa when we complained. We have booked with Vacasa before in other communities, and have stayed in the community where this property is located before as well. We have never had an experience like this. Perhaps maybe the cleaning team responsible for this property have not been cleaning and/or the homeowner is not checking in on their property to ensure it is in good condition? Terrible experience at this property, would absolutely never recommend for anyone to stay here.
