Recent updates (Spring 2022): A plasma purification was added to the new HVAC system for improved air filtration and the water heater was replaced. Additional updates (2017): New bathrooms and keyless entry front door. THINGS TO KNOW Balcony chairs have been updated as of the 2021 season.
