You'll also have central air conditioning, a washer and dryer, three TVs, a DVD player, and even free WiFi. Sea Colony features a half-mile of private beach, 12 pools, two of which are indoor, world-class tennis, fitness centers, activities for all ages, a community shuttle, and year-round security. THINGS TO KNOW The 'door' for the third bedroom is an accordion-style door that separates the sleeping area from the rest of the living area. Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.
