I stayed for 3 nights, and neither the WIFI nor TVs worked during that time. It was reported and someone checked, but nothing was done. Also, the blinds in the master bedroom were broken and couldn't be raised. The view was stunning, the space was warm and comfortable and well-equipped (except for no WIFI or TV or blinds in the bedroom).
Great view from 7th floor and pools were not crowded. Handicap Beach wheelchair was great!
We’ve been coming to Sea Colony for 35 years, and absolutely love the resort- the beach, the pools, the proximity to downtown and the boardwalk. This is a very nice unit. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped, bathrooms are modern. There is one glaring problem that I read about in previous reviews, and was shocked that it hadn’t been rectified. There is a broken blind in the master bedroom that you can leave down all week- and never see the ocean. Or (if you are very tall), you can roll it up and “secure” it with some pieces of broken cord - and have it up all week. It needs a new blind, a roller shade, or just a cheap set of drapes that can be pulled closed.
Perfect location to people watch on the beach from the balcony! Clean and safe! Will be back again during high and low time. Thanks for the stay

Great amenities that we took full advantage of. The gym was well equipped, indoor pool and hot tub were great and the view was spectacular. Listening was accurate and that all of our expectations!
This is a lovely apartment. Although the amenities are simple it has everything you need to spend a comfortable and enjoyable week at the beach. The view from the apartment is beautiful, the sunrises are absolutely stunning! The balcony is very private and is a great place to have coffee or afternoon tea. Highly recommended!
