Sea Colony - 5603 Private Pl is described as a great value, offering a spacious, comfortable, and private stay that feels perfect for families and small groups. The condo is praised for being very clean, nicely decorated, quiet, and well equipped, with a fully stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, linens, towels, a private patio, deck space, and provided games. Its location is especially convenient, with easy beach access, lovely grounds, green space, and a tram stop right outside the door. Guests also appreciated the beautiful resort community and its many amenities, including basketball, pickleball, playground areas, grills, and nearby outdoor recreation spaces.
