The home is modern, updated, nicely remodeled, and exactly as shown, with comfortable furniture, soft mattresses, cozy indoor and outdoor spaces, and a spacious living area. Guests consistently praised how clean, comfortable, and well stocked the property is, noting plentiful towels, clean linens, and ample kitchen supplies. The location is very convenient within Sea Colony, with easy access to the beach area, playgrounds, pools, pickleball courts, the trolley, and nearby community attractions. The surroundings are gorgeous, with a pleasant setting near a pond or small lake and enjoyable deck space. Guests also appreciated the upgraded decor, nice refrigerator, upgraded primary bath, Keurig machine, and the fun Sea Colony amenities.

The Sea Colony Recreational Association requires a per-person resort fee for guests ages 4 and older. This fee varies by time of year and is mandatory.
Delaware regulations require all guests to sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.
