THINGS TO KNOW

  • The Sea Colony Recreational Association requires a per-person resort fee for guests ages 4 and older. This fee varies by time of year and is mandatory.
  • Delaware regulations require all guests to sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

We have a nice stay. The condo is clean and nicely appointed. Had a bit of trouble with the TV in the master bedroom and the pillows could use some refreshing. Overall, it was a great stay. The amenities were great. We loved the deck and my son was able to catch a bass in the lake. We would definitely come back.

My family enjoyed our stay for a long weekend here. The furniture was very comfortable and in good condition. Plenty of plates, silverware, and glasses for everyone. We loved the pond view, and the location was a quick drive to the Bethany boardwalk and beach. We would stay here again.

The unit was neat and decorated very nice, comfortable furniture and had high end appliances. Stocked with much tableware, silverware and cookware. We only used for breakfast. The area was spacious and a short distance from the beach. This was the best one we have stayed at in Sea Colony. We will be back!
