Central air-conditioning is located on the main floor only, with the loft or upstairs area being cooled by the main floor AC, as there are no vents upstairs in the open loft. The condo also offers washer/dryer, five TVs, two DVDs, Blu-ray, HBO and Showtime, and free WiFi.
