Sea Colony - 19007 Lakeview Ct was described as a great value in a gorgeous neighborhood, with a nice layout and a lovely, very comfy atmosphere that suited families well. Guests appreciated that the property was very clean, well stocked, and well equipped with everything needed for an enjoyable stay. The location was praised as convenient and peaceful, with easy access to Sea Colony amenities and close proximity to the tram stop for reaching the beach. Guests also enjoyed the relaxing setting, including the back porch, screened porch, balconies, and lake views, along with the soothing sounds of geese. Extra touches such as beach gear and thoughtful essentials helped make the experience feel easy and enjoyable.

Featuring a screened porch, this single-level layout offers a living and dining room, well-equipped kitchen, full hallway bathroom and two bedrooms, including the primary suite. This condo has been recently renovated and features brand new LG appliances for the kitchen including a refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, and microwave. Other recent upgrades include new kitchen hardware on drawers and cabinets, new Kohler Evolution toilets, and a new Miele washer and ventless dryer. Additional amenities available at your stay include two TVs and a gas fireplace. Being in a beautiful quiet resort
My family and I spent a week at Sea Colony during the summer, and we had a wonderful time. The house was well-equipped with everything we needed, making our stay even more enjoyable. It also had extra amenities that added to our experience. Additionally, it was located very close to the tram stop, which made it easy to get to the beach.
Good location and unit suites our family
Love sea colony, and have been coming for over 15 years. This rental isn’t worth the cost.
Nice, basic condo with great neighborhood location overlooking a lake. Nicer, more comfortable furniture and functioning fan on the screened in porch would have made this space 5 star.
