We had an excellent stay at the rental house, perfectly located near the pool and gym. The home is very clean, renovated, family-friendly, and well equipped, with comfortable bedrooms and a great kitchen fully equipped with everything needed. We highly recommend it and would gladly return. The house has a large, beautifully renovated, and very clean kitchen, fully equipped with everything you need. There is a big refrigerator, three comfortable and clean bedrooms, and a spotless bathroom. It was also great for families, with toys and books available for kids. Overall, a wonderful place to stay. We highly recommend it and would gladly return.

Feels like a garden or mountain feel in the environment it's in, yet minutes away from the shore an really very nicely located to the 2ndary. Pool.

I can't speak more highly of this rental, which was absolutely perfect for my family (2 adults + 2 kids under 5yo) and friends (2 adults + 1 kid under 2yo). Traveling with kids can be stressful, but this rental had literally everything we needed—including a pack and play for the youngest, a bunk bed w/trundle for the other two kids, a highchair, booster seat for the kitchen table, toys, changing table—you name it. Also, the location was perfect—we were right next to the tram pick-up spot and about 50 feet from the pool. It was so easy to spend time as a family, and then after kid bedtime, all the adults decamped to the lovely enclosed porch (decked out with garden lights!) for some wine and dinner. The kitchen is also insanely well-stocked—I've honestly never stayed in an Airbnb with as many tools. It's a delightful place to cook. Having a washer/dryer was also so helpful. The condo was also spotless and incredibly comfortable. I'll definitely be coming back!

This rental was set up great for a family with young kids. There were toys and bunk beds in the spare room. The unit was very nice and comfortable, however the kitchen did not have any pantry space, so it was difficult to cook. This was our second stay in this unit, and the new owners made some nice updates to the kitchen and furniture. The second bathroom needs a new shower head, but otherwise the it was a great unit.

Lovely beach home with everything you need! This house accommodated our family of 5, including a 3 year old who loved all the toys and walking to the park just a few steps away! This is a great location close to the main pool and beautiful huge fitness facility. We rode bikes everyday to the beach and the recreation center for pickleball, shuffle board and basketball. We traveled with extended family all staying at seperate sea colony homes and we loved the ability to host taco night here! We will be back!!

We vacationed with 2 young kids at this location. The condo was equipped with kid utensils and bowls, the outlets had covers already on them, and the kids room had some toys, books, pack n play, high chair, etc that were very helpful. The room is also within a short walk to 2 playgrounds and the pool with the splash pad. If you have young kiddos, make sure to book this condo location!
